디지탈신호를 이용한 다중채널 스퀴드시스템 조절장치

Abstract

디지탈신호를 이용한 다중채널 스퀴드(SQUID)시스템 조절장치는 다중채널 SQUID시스템에서 제어신호 하나로 채널선택 및 선택된 채널의 전압 및 스위치 조절을 제어하여 시스템 크기를 줄이고 조절시간을 단축하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 데이타신호, 제어신호 및 클럭신호의 3개 디지탈신호를 사용하고 제어신호가 상태반전될 때 채널을 선택하고 선택된 채널의 조절부를 활성화시켜 입력되는 데이타신호로부터 스위치 및 전압 조절을 위한 신호를 출력하며 그 이외에는 디지탈신호와의 연결이 단절되도록 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 다채널 SQUID 구동시 디지탈신호에서 발생되는 잡음이 SQUID에 영향을 주지 않게 하며, 제어신호를 하나로 줄여 장치를 간단하게 하여 다중채널 SQUID 동작에 필요한 전압, 전류 및 스위치 조절과 채널 선택을 쉽게 하는 효과를 제공한다.
PURPOSE: An apparatus of adjusting multi-channel squid system using digital signal is provided to extend a channel simply without affecting a system by transferring data, clock and control signals via three digital ports and controlling channel selection, channel voltage and switch adjustment using one control signal, only when voltage and switch adjustment is needed. CONSTITUTION: Three digital ports(DT,CK,CS) receives three digital signals such as data, clock and control signals. Each channel adjusting means(20(1)-20(N)) receives the data signal in synchronization with the clock signal when the control signal is at the first level, selects a channel when the control signal transitions to the second level, and controls output adjustment of the selected channel. The channel adjusting means comprises a channel selection part(30) and an adjusting part(50). The channel selection part(30) receives the data signal when the control signal is at the first level, and compares the data signal with a predetermined channel proper number when the control signal transitions to the second level. If the data signal is identical to the channel proper number, the channel selection part outputs a valid channel select signal. The adjusting part(50) receives when the control signal is at the second level and receive the valid channel select signal. The adjusting part converts a data signal input when the control signal transitions to the first level, into a signal for adjusting a switch and a voltage of a corresponding channel.
